Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order directly from our store. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each item is specially made for you after you place your order, which means we cannot resell returned items.

Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and design, before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes once production has begun.

LOPSYDESIGNS is a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are custom-made and produced per order. Each item is unique and created specifically for you once your order is placed.

❌ Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

  • LOPSYDESIGNS does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

  • Please double-check your size, color, and personalization details before placing your order.

Once an order has been accepted, production begins shortly thereafter. However, if you notice an error, you may contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — if production has not started, we can still make corrections.

🚚 Shipping Details & Customer Responsibility

If your shipping address or order details are incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or personalization), LOPSYDESIGNS is not responsible and cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order.

We stand behind the quality of our products!
If you receive an item with a manufacturing error, print defect, or damage, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.
